Equipment/Gear

The uniform that we wear while training is called a gi (gee). These are thick, white uniforms that protect you while you are training and do not tear easily. The weapons that are used in Aikido are a Bokken (wooden sword), Jo (wooden staff) and a Tanto (wooden knife). Once you are ready to make this investment into your training, these items can be purchased online.
